Refund Policy

30-Day Returns on Unopened Product

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (original shipping is non-refundable). Email orders@tryalt7.com with your order number to get a return authorization and return address before shipping anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Opened Product

For health and safety reasons we cannot resell returned consumables, so opened products are not returnable. If you are unhappy with your first purchase, contact us anyway — we would rather make it right than lose you as a customer, and we handle these case by case.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will reship the correct item or refund in full — no return required.

Cancelled & Restricted-Area Orders

Orders we cancel — including orders shipping to a restricted state, county, or city listed in our Shipping Policy — are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Free Sample Orders

The $9.97 shipping and handling fee on free-sample orders is refundable only if the order is cancelled before it ships or the package is lost or damaged in transit.
