Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives; the estimated window is shown on the product page and at checkout. All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout. Free-sample orders ship for a flat $9.97 shipping and handling fee.

Where We Cannot Ship — Restricted States & Localities

Due to state and local regulations, ALT7 products are not available for shipment to the following:

States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin.

Counties / cities: Sarasota County (Florida); San Diego (California); Oceanside (California); Alton (Illinois); Jerseyville (Illinois); Edwardsville County (Illinois); Columbus (Mississippi); Union County (Mississippi); Ascension (Louisiana); Franklin (Louisiana); Rapides (Louisiana).

Checkout automatically declines orders shipping to a restricted state. If an order to a restricted county or city is placed, it will be cancelled and refunded in full. Laws change — it is your responsibility to confirm the product is legal where you live before ordering.

Adult Signature

ALT7 products are for adults 21+. Where required by the carrier or local law, an adult signature may be required at delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it lost in transit, contact us within 14 days at orders@tryalt7.com or (602) 492-8333 and we will reship or refund.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, but contact us and we will do our best to help.
