These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tryalt7.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any ALT7 products. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility — Adults 21+ Only

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase ALT7 products. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to require proof of age and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

2. Product Disclaimer

FDA DISCLOSURE: The statements regarding these products have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, consult your health physician before use. The Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act requires placement of this notice.

ALT7 products are not for use by anyone who is pregnant or nursing, or by anyone with a medical condition, without first consulting a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery until you know how this product affects you.

3. Shipping Restrictions

This product is not available for shipment to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin; or the following counties: Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Oceanside (California), Alton (Illinois), Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville County (Illinois), Columbus (Mississippi), Union County (Mississippi), Ascension (Louisiana), Franklin (Louisiana), Rapides (Louisiana).

Orders with a shipping address in a restricted state or locality will be declined at checkout or cancelled and refunded. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your state, county, and city before ordering.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we suspect violate these Terms or applicable law. Pre-order items ship when stock arrives; estimated windows are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

6. Lab Testing

Certificates of Analysis for ALT7 batches are published on our Lab Results page. Lab results apply only to the specific batch identified on the certificate.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are the property of ALT7 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALT7 and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALT7 from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ALT7 is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
